CAC Oil Painting Workshop

Charleston artist Joyce Hall will have a three-day oil painting workshop from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 19-21 at the Cheraw Community Center, 200 Powe St. The focus of the workshop is painting figures.
