Candidate Forum in Cheraw

The NAACP Cheraw Branch will host a candidate forum Thursday, May 14. It will be at 6 p.m. at the Cheraw Community Center, located at 200 Powe St. in Cheraw. “This event is an important opportunity for voters in our community to hear directly from those seeking to serve in public office,” said Brenda Gilmore-Ratliff, chair of the branch’s Political Action Committee. She noted that the forum offers residents a valuable chance to learn where local candidates stand on key issues and to stay informed ahead of upcoming elections.
