Oil Painting Workshop

The Cheraw Arts Commission will have an oil painting workshop featuring flat brush impressionism with Charleston artist Joyce Hall. The workshop will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 20-22 at Cheraw Community Center, located at 200 Powe St. The cost is $200 and supply list will be provided at registration.
