Annual Veteran’s Day Program at Grace Temple

The annual Veteran’s Day program will be held at Grace Temple Fellowship Church in Wallace at 10:30AM Sunday, Nov 12. The theme of the program is “Women of Valor in the Military”. The speaker for the occasion is retired Chief Warrant Officer Three Simone Rochelle Odom.

William Reid of Cheraw will be honored at the event as he will celebrate his 104th birthday Nov 15. The World War II veteran is the oldest veteran in the area, having served in the US Army from 1943-1946.
